I was doing some googlesearching to get some background on a really odd branded piece of vintage bike componentry on a bike I recently stripped, and stumbled across this most excellent gallery of chainrings. Many are wrongrings, no doubt, and certainly some are R3 approved in color, as well as others in design. You have to check them out. My favorite is rather weird. It’s hard to explain:
