ccap Bike Build Process Log: Crook End Caps

Here’s a fun detail. For my bar ends this time, I elected not to use my usual blinkies, anticipating the majority of this bike’s ridery in the coming months to be daytime business. This is actually the trigger of an old school arcade game button. I ordered a few from an arcade repair parts wholesaler. The right side is a blank black button, and the left is my POWAH of THREE RIDAHS button. These are comprised of the pushbutton portion of the button relay assembly, hacked out of the bezel and with the springs and relay switch removed. They were a PERFECT fit. I had originally hoped to have the entire button assembly as the cap, so you could PUSH it, but the bezels were too big. Lung encouraged me to persevere, and I found this solution worked out just fine. Love it!
