These photos document my Carpetbagger project, a fixed-gear build fitted with S&S Couplers to be used as a travel bike. The general details of the build sheet are:1. spokeless bicycle 02172010 Remember that Hubless Bike Concept?

Every third concept bike rendering includes a rim-mounted roller as part of the drivetrain, and excludes a hub. I always laugh at the forces and friction in such a design.
Well, these Yale students built one, one way or another.
